If the product arrives damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the needles within 14 days of the reception of the parcel for either an exchange or refund.We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box. All refunds will be paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage.
